Log in to your account

Sa dashboard, choose PhilHealth

Click YAKAP
-
Register to a YAKAP clinic

Put province and choose city
-
Choose your preferred YAKAP clinic

You are now Registered!
-
Visit your chosen YAKAP clinic for your First Patient Encounter (FPE), and don’t forget to bring a valid government ID.

You are now Registered!

Through your nearest PhilHealth Office
You can now register for PhilHealth YAKAP through your nearest Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO)
Isang clinic lang ang pwede mong piliin bilang iyong YAKAP clinic kada taon. Kung gusto mong magpalit ng YAKAP clinic, pwede kang mag-request ng transfer sa pinakamalapit na PhilHealth office sa inyong lugar.
